On
arrival to the Calicut airport you will be met by the Indian Horizons
representative and transfer to the beach resort which has got its name
engraved in Indian history after the Portuguese explorer, Vasco Da Gama

after breakfast visit Beypore famous for the Asia's biggest wood market
and traditional wooden ship making industry. The craftsmen have been
making these Marakalam's in Beypore since the 18th Century. Overnight

| Day 3 - Calicut - Mahe |
Morning
after breakfast drive to Mahe located on the shores of Arabian Sea
famous to be the traditional and cultural city of Kerala. On arrival
check-into a private cottage that is being maintained by the Indian
Horizons. Afternoon visit the fort and mosque. Overnight at Mahe

Traditional Dance center to witness 'Thayum' and 'Kalari Pati'.

| Day 5 - Mahe - Wyannad |

after breakfast drive to Wyannad famous for the lush green rainforests.

traditional art and dance - Natya Kala Mandalam. On arrival check-into
the hotel. Afternoon with the Indian Horizons guide visit the Natya
Kala Mandalam, local potters and weavers that are world famous for
their dexterity. Overnight at Cheruthuruthy.

| Day 8 - Cheruthuruthy - Cochin |

after breakfast drive to Cochin and check-into the hotel. Afternoon
explore with Indian Horizons guide the fascinating Portuguese Town
visiting the Fort Cochin, Jewish Synagogue, Spice markets. Overnight at
Cochin.
UNIGLOBE LEGEND would organize for you Kathakali Dance. The
interesting part would be seeing the dress up of the performers before
the dance. The way they colour themselves with natural products
collected from the nature. Our guide would brief you of this
traditional dance and about the performers.
